Estas exenciones pueden otorgarse por periodos que van desde dos (2) hasta diez (10) a\u00f1os, dependiendo del tipo de inmueble y del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Art\u00edculo 152<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Establece beneficios tributarios para nuevas empresas industriales, comerciales, de servicios, agropecuarias y agr\u00edcolas que se instalen en el municipio y generen m\u00ednimo diez (10) empleos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas medidas buscan respaldar a los sectores que aportan al bienestar colectivo y al desarrollo sostenible de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-46745 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2-240x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"216\" height=\"270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2-240x300.jpeg 240w, https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2-819x1024.jpeg 819w, https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2-768x960.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2-600x750.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/contraluzcucuta.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SECRETARIA-DE-HACIENDA-IMPUESTOS-2.jpeg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 216px) 100vw, 216px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El beneficio contempla el pago progresivo del Impuesto de Industria y Comercio y del Impuesto Predial de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0 % durante los dos primeros a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>25 % en el tercer a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>50 % en el cuarto a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>75 % en el quinto a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>100 % a partir del sexto a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las empresas instaladas que incrementen la planta de personal podr\u00e1n acceder a descuentos en el ICA de hasta el 50 %.
