Tras la inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, el equipo operativo identific\u00f3 la obstrucci\u00f3n del canal de aguas de escorrent\u00eda, que presenta deterioro estructural y cuya intervenci\u00f3n se ve afectada por la construcci\u00f3n posterior al canal.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la situaci\u00f3n, se program\u00f3 la visita t\u00e9cnica con la comisi\u00f3n de ingenier\u00eda estructural. El fin es evaluar el estado del canal y definir las acciones necesarias para mitigar el riesgo y prevenir nuevas afectaciones.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Segunda emergencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ceci, parte baja. En la calle 14 con avenida 4 result\u00f3 afectada la vivienda de un adulto mayor. En este caso, el equipo de la Secretar\u00eda adelant\u00f3 la Evaluaci\u00f3n de Da\u00f1os y An\u00e1lisis de Necesidades (EDAN) y program\u00f3 la entrega de ayuda humanitaria, de acuerdo con los protocolos establecidos y la verificaci\u00f3n de la afectaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo operativo de la secretar\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres estuvo al tanto de la situaci\u00f3n, junto a los organismos de socorro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00daCUTA.
