Norte de Santander se encuentra en el proceso de creaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el encuentro participaron delegados de las secretar\u00edas de la Gobernaci\u00f3n y entidades que tienen relaci\u00f3n con la salud ambiental.
