La caracterizaci\u00f3n busca brindar a cada habitante la posibilidad de contar con el predio registrado y respaldar la conformaci\u00f3n de la Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal, para fortalecer la estructura organizativa del barrio.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada favoreci\u00f3 la alta participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad. El trabajo se adelant\u00f3 con el presidente comunal del asentamiento, el acompa\u00f1amiento de la Polic\u00eda y la disposici\u00f3n de los residentes, que colaboraron con los funcionarios de la Subsecretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Estas acciones permiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mejorar la gesti\u00f3n del territorio<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar el acceso a servicios p\u00fablicos<\/li>\n<li>Sentar las bases para proyectos de desarrollo urbano y social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La caracterizaci\u00f3n predial es la herramienta clave para la formalizaci\u00f3n de asentamientos y la mejora de las condiciones de vida de los habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>La Subsecretar\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral Multiprop\u00f3sito reiter\u00f3 el compromiso con la legalizaci\u00f3n de predios y el fortalecimiento de las comunidades, mediante la gesti\u00f3n catastral cercana, eficiente y al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00daCUTA.
