El Decreto 051 fue entregado, ayer, a las hijas Mar\u00eda Paz y Mar\u00eda Alejandra, en el oficio religioso al que asistieron colegas, amigos y familiares.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El alcalde Nelson Hernando Vargas le rindi\u00f3 tributo como reconocimiento \u201ca su vida y trayectoria profesional\u201d y lo puso como ejemplo para las actuales y futuras generaciones de duranenses.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9lvez Reyes hab\u00eda nacido el 16 de mayo de 1960, en Durania. Estudi\u00f3 primaria en la escuela Francisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas, bachillerato en el Instituto Nari\u00f1o (C\u00facuta) y pregrado en la Universidad de la Sabana (Bogot\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p>Entre otros cargos se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como jefe de redacci\u00f3n del Diario de la Frontera, jefe de prensa de la Gobernaci\u00f3n y l Alcald\u00eda, director de Colmundo Radio y gerente del TRO y ATN.<\/p>\n<p>Vargas Colmenares calific\u00f3 a Ricardo G\u00e9lvez como \u201cacreditado y reconocido periodista de la ciudad\u201d, quien al morir dej\u00f3 \u201cun enorme y profundo sentimiento de dolor\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u00daCUTA.- La alcald\u00eda de Durania exalt\u00f3 la memoria de Juan Ricardo G\u00e9lvez y lo declar\u00f3 \u201cHijo ilustre\u201d del municipio.
